Before Getting Started

We do our best to provide consistency, so we assign a primary and secondary PRO to your home. However, if neither PRO is available, we’ll send another awesome team member to complete the cleaning.

For safety reasons, our PROs don’t move anything heavier than 50lbs. If you want us to clean behind or under heavy items, please move them before your cleaning starts.

We’ve got you covered! We bring our own cleaning products, including cleaning agents and microfiber towels. If you’d like us to use your personal broom, mop, or vacuum, just be sure to annotate in your cleaning preferences when booking and leave these items in plain sight. 

As cleaning is a personalized service, we can’t offer refunds for completed services. We only issue refunds in cases where services have not been rendered, like gift card purchases and special promotions, subject to individual terms & conditions.

Your initial service is a deep clean of your home. In all rooms, we’ll dust, clean surfaces, tidy, and vacuum or mop. In the Kitchen, we’ll also clean appliances and scrub your sink. In Bathrooms, we’ll scrub and dry your bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. In Bedrooms, we’ll make beds and change linens. We’ll even clean baseboards, vents, radiators, and doors on this visit. Can’t wait to give your home the refresh it deserves!

Our recurring maid service, which can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on a custom schedule focuses on maintaining a clean and comfortable home. It includes vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting and polishing furniture, cleaning kitchen counters and appliances, keeping bathrooms spotless, making beds, and emptying trash. We take care of all these things so that you don’t have to!

Absolutely! Our Add-On services include: cleaning your oven, hand wiping baseboards, detailing window blinds, cleaning interior windows, dry carpet deodorizing, hand washing dishes, high-touch point disinfecting, cleaning inside of washer/dryer, charging electronic house devices (i.e. ring devices, vacuums, etc), wash/fold linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels), vacuum couches/chairs, pet hair removal and cleaning the insides of empty cabinets and refrigerators. We aim to cater to your specific needs.

Absolutely! You can add any of our Add-On services to your recurring cleanings. You can choose to add them to every visit, every other visit, or just to one specific visit. It’s entirely up to you!

I’m sorry, but we don’t clean exterior windows.

Absolutely! We will soon be offering a Laundry Concierge Service. This will include us picking up your laundry, cleaning it according to your preferences, and delivering it back to you, fresh and neatly folded. Your hardest job will be putting it away, giving you more time to enjoy what matters most.

Absolutely! Our PROs always tidy up sinks and countertops. If you have a few dishes in the sink, they’ll be happy to take care of them. If needed, your cleaner can also load and start your dishwasher. Should you wish your clean dishes to be put away, please make a note of this during the estimate process so we can price this accordingly. We aim to provide a complete service tailored to your needs.

We put the health of your home first. We require that our PROs use professional grade, eco-friendly cleaning products. These are not only highly effective at eliminating bacteria, but they’re also safe for surfaces, and won’t harm children or pets. We take the utmost care to ensure a clean and healthy environment for your family.

Great question! To prepare for our visit, it’s helpful to pick up and store away any items on the floor or that you may want to keep out of the way. This isn’t required, but can expedite the cleaning process. However, there’s no need to pre-clean, as our PROs are prepared to handle it all. Should you have any specific instructions or requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact us in advance. We’re here to cater to your needs.

We understand that trust is a crucial factor when inviting someone into your home. All PROs who partner with Berry Swift to deliver service are rigorously vetted and undergo background checks as well as have a strong history as a high-performing professional maid. They are bonded, insured and have access to ongoing training on safety and best practices so that we consistently deliver the high-quality service you expect and deserve.

Our recurring service pricing is straightforward. Whether you choose weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or custom visits, you’ll have a set rate each time based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Day of Service

Of course! We’re big fans of our furry friends! However, for their safety and the efficiency of our service, we kindly ask that pets be stored away during the cleaning. Just a heads-up, due to health reasons, we’re not able to clean litter boxes, urine, or feces. On rare occasions, we may have to cancel or reschedule a clean for excessively dirty or cluttered homes if these items are present until after the clutter/items have been picked up.

We totally get that things change. Just contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation fees or skip fees.

We provide an arrival window of approximately 2 hours, such as between 8AM – 10AM. If anything changes, we’ll contact you with an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) text to keep you updated on the new arrival time.

No worries at all! Just update your preferences with the code and proper directions for use. It’s best to do this as soon as you can to prevent a lock-out fee.

Your PROs work hard to provide an excellent service. While tipping is not required, they greatly appreciate it. Please provide any tips in cash left on either the dining table or kitchen counter if you opt to leave a tip for your PRO in your absence. If this is the case, leave us a note so that  we can notify your PRO.

There’s no requirement for you to be home during our cleaning visit. If you prefer to be away, just provide us with your preferred method of entry when scheduling, whether that’s a spare key, a doorman, access codes or a lockbox. If you’d like to be present when our PROs arrive, that’s perfectly fine too. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priority, and we’re flexible to accommodate your needs.

While we can promise our PROs will strive to provide exceptional service, we can’t promise that they will speak proficient English. For any specific requests or instructions, we recommend reaching out to Berry Swift support via chat or at [email protected] either before or on the day of your cleaning. Absolutely! Rate your PRO 5-stars after your service and you will have the option to re-book them on your next service with us subject to availability.

While we cover a wide range of cleaning tasks, there are some services we don’t offer. These include organization, exterior cleaning, event clean up, handling bio-hazardous waste such as blood, feces, urine, vomit, or other bodily fluids, and cleaning garages. On rare occasions, we may have to cancel or reschedule a clean for excessively dirty or cluttered homes until after clutter/items have been picked up.

Our weekly service is our most requested service. However, we understand that each home is unique so we would love to find the frequency that works best for you. Whether weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, we have the perfect option to keep your home fresh and well maintained. You have the flexibility to update your preferences at any time. We do ask that you submit any preferences no less than 5pm the day before your service begins. Our PROs appreciate the predictability of their schedules, which allows them to focus more on delivering exceptional cleaning services and less time commuting. Hence, any changes to your booking or add-ons after 5pm the day before may not be accommodated due to scheduling constraints. Payment & Billing

Great question! Before your first service you will be able to save a card on file. Once your cleaning is done, we’ll charge the card provided and send over a receipt for your records.

After Service

Oh no, we’d be sorry to hear that you’re not completely satisfied. But don’t worry! We have a worry-free guarantee. Immediately after your service is completed, we’ll ask you to rate your service and to give us any feedback. Please let us know of any issues within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we promise we’ll make it right at no extra charge to you.

We take great care during our service, but if something gets broken or goes missing, please let us know within 24 hours if this is the case and we will work with you directly to resolve this matter. Our PROs will also give our office a heads up right away if something breaks during cleaning.
