What should I expect as a Berry Swift PRO?
We take pride in providing high-quality services to our customers. To become a PRO, you need reliable transportation, at least one year of professional cleaning experience, your own supplies, equipment, bond insurance and be willing to undergo a background check. This opportunity best suits established cleaning professionals who are wanting more work or would like to grow without handling the admin or marketing tasks required to do so.
No, however you will be required to provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment as well as insurance. Don’t have these items yet? No worries, we have recommendations!
We encourage you to work as often or as little as you would like! As a PRO you can conveniently accept jobs based on your availability. A minimum requirement of 4 shifts a month is required to keep your PRO account active.
Your earnings are deposited directly into your bank account weekly.
This is an independent contractor (1099) role.
Yes, we require all PROs carry their own general liability insurance. Berry Swift will provide worker’s compensation, however, we encourage you to obtain a separate policy.
